a wonderful and lasting tribute for Bob's family. We showed the video at the funeral dinner and it produced a mixture of laughter

to put together a unique video for my husband. My father-in-law passed away a year ago and I wanted to create something
for my husband to capture his fathers life. I had some video and some snap shots and no direction. Mr. Gross was
amazing! He took hold of this project and really made it his own. Jay was always available and answered all of
my questions in a timely fashion. This was not a typical request and I believe it was the first of it's kind that Mr.
Gross had done. Because of the nature of the project Jay was very sensitive and respectful. Throughout the
entire process Mr. Gross was professional and full of creative ideas and assisted me with the direction I needed.

I just wanted to "thank you" again for editing Tyler's basketball highlight video for us. I watch it on an
average of 2 times per week...and it still brings tears to my eyes. You put that video together as if he was your own
son. I had so many requests and different ideas and you were willing to do anything. You are great to work with.

McGuire ------------------------------------------------------------------ A year ago last February my father passed away from lung cancer. For his
memorial my sister and I wanted to do something that represented our dad’s life. A wonderful friend put us in
contact with Jay Gross to put together a DVD. With that said we picked out fifty pictures and chose a couple of songs. Within
a day Jay called my sister and I in to see him, sat us down, and we reviewed dad’s video in private. Words cannot
describe how beautiful and powerful it was. Jay took the time to match up the pictures to different parts of the song
so they were displayed at the right time. The different effects he put into the video were amazing. Not only was
the video more than we ever hoped for, but he also took the time to etch our father’s picture on the surface of our
own DVD’s. Jay was very respectful and supportive during this difficult time. His knowledge in video, audio, computer,
and technical effects are exceptional. I am so glad we were able to work with Jay. The video is something my father would be very
