I own a duplex located at 1404 Burch Street in Mt. Pleasant, Michigan. It has a three bedroom side and a two bedroom
side. What makes it unique is the entrances are on opposite sides of the house, the three bedroom being in the front
and the two bedroom being in the back. This allows for more privacy between occupants than traditional same-sided entrances.
I do my best to keep it excellent condition and up to code. My philosophy is being the type of landlord I would like
to rent from. One who is honest, easy to contact, and doesn't just look at it as income, but as an investment, in the
future and in people. I love nothing better than having the same renters for many years because fo the way I treat them,
keep the prices low, and maintain the property in the best possible condition.
